Food Order Errors

 

If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order. We will refund your money or, if you prefer, offer you other options to make it right. 

 

For payments made through our website, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the replacement item. 

 

Incomplete Orders

 

On the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. We will prepare the missed food immediately or you may cancel it, in which case we will refund the amount for the missing item to your account.

Order Cancellation 

 

We are sorry, but we cannot cancel, or provide a refund for an item after the order is prepared. If your delivery driver is unable to find or reach you upon arrival at your delivery address, they’ll try to contact you by phone, so it’s a good idea to keep your phone nearby when you’re expecting the food to arrive. If a delivery driver makes a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your requested location but is unable to contact you, you may not be eligible for a refund. 

 

In case any order is canceled from our end, the refund for the order will be initiated as soon as possible and the refund will reflect in your bank account in 5-7 business days as per banking.

 

As a private business, we reserve the right to deny or refuse service to any customer for any reason. 

 

If a customer abuses any of the Return & Refund Policy we, unfortunately, will not be able to conduct future business with the customer.
